As of 31 December 2024, assets under management from consolidated and strategic businesses stood at more than €16.5bn.Job Description:Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare Investment Teasers, Information Memorandums, and other supporting documents for financing processes.</li><li>Develop and maintain financial models in Excel.</li><li>Manage and review Due Diligence processes and Q&amp;A processes.</li><li>Participate in the structuring of financing transactions (e.g., Corporate, LBO, Refinancing, etc ).</li><li>Assist in the negotiation of financing documents (e.g., Term Sheets, Loan Agreements, etc.).</li><li>Engage directly with debt investors, including amongst others, banks and institutional investors.</li><li>Support the origination of new financing opportunities.</li><li>Manage and develop relationships with clients, lenders, lawyers, and other key stakeholders.</li></ul>Requirements:Role Requirements:<ul><li>3-5 years of prior experience in debt advisory or leveraged finance.</li><li>Previous experience in a debt-related environment.</li><li>Strong financial modeling skills, with an in-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and cash flows.</li><li>Experience with complex loan documentation and financing structures.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver under tight deadlines.</li></ul>Application Details:<ul><li>Start date: ASAP</li></ul>Location: Madrid, Spain
