Your leadership will create transparency, build strong partnerships, and deliver measurable value across the business. Your Responsibilities <ul><li>Disciplinary and professional leadership of the Business &amp; Application Consulting team (currently 8 members)</li><li>Coordinate and prioritize all activities across domains (Finance, Sales, Service, Engineering, Procurement, Warehousing, Quality, Production)</li><li>Act as Capability Owner for the domain Operations/Production and drive the strategic development of related processes and applications</li><li>Ensure process continuity and support the end-to-end integration of business processes across systems</li><li>Guide the team in implementing and evolving business capabilities in alignment with enterprise architecture and business strategy</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architect to maintain a consistent and scalable application landscape</li><li>Drive the strategic roadmap for business applications in the respective domains, including lifecycle planning and innovation scouting</li><li>Support the team in customizing/configuring systems (especially ERP) and ensure knowledge transfer and skill development</li><li>Represent ISM in cross-functional initiatives and projects, ensuring the integration of business needs and technical feasibility</li></ul>
