You will coordinate shipments, ensure accurate documentation, and act as the logistics contact point across suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams.You will, for example:<ul><li>Plan and follow up on shipment schedules across multiple projects</li><li>Manage shipping documentation, including Incoterms, VAT, duties and Letters of Credit</li><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers and project managers</li><li>Monitor logistics progress, report status and update stakeholders</li><li>Handle transport-related issues such as damage claims and delays</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsWith a structured and calm approach, you know how to manage multiple logistics tasks with precision.
