<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Engineer - Planning to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing complex infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient and sustainable urban development in one of the world's most dynamic cities.</p><ul><li>Develop comprehensive infrastructure plans for urban development projects, including transportation networks, utilities, and public facilities</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed infrastructure projects</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, environmental specialists, and government officials</li><li>Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans</li><li>Perform site assessments and analyze data to inform infrastructure planning decisions</li><li>Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards</li><li>Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders</li><li>Implement sustainable and innovative solutions in infrastructure design and planning</li><li>Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the engineering team</li></ul>
