CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Planning and Strategy • Develop detailed project plans and timelines • Identify project goals and objectives • Create project budget and track expenses • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders • Lead project team meetings and ensure tasks are completed on time • Identify and resolve any project issues or roadblocks Stakeholder Management • Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders • Communicate project goals and progress to stakeholders • Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements • Ensure stakeholder feedback is incorporated into project plans Resource Allocation • Identify project resource needs and allocate resources accordingly • Manage contracts, bids, and installation resources.• Manage internal and external resources simultaneously, allocating resources as needed • Identify and resolve any resource conflicts Reporting and Documentation • Create project reports for stakeholders • Document project progress and updates • Maintain project documentation and ensure it is readily accessible to stakeholders • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date • Conduct project evaluations and produce final project reports. Understanding of water treatment processes, piping systems, and equipment installation is a plus•Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and technical documentation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment. • Experience in developing and implementing project management strategies and plans. • Knowledge of risk management and project scheduling techniques.The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
