Seek out opportunities where Dayenu brings strategic added value to the larger climate movement and prioritize campaigns that address the disproportionate impacts of the climate crisis on Black &amp; Brown communities, Indigenous communities, and other groups at the frontline of the climate crisis.</li><li>Evolve Dayenu’s organizing strategy to grow our base, including experimenting and iterating new organizing tactics, further developing digital organizing tools, and empowering volunteer leaders.</li><li>Contribute to overall organizational strategy, decision-making, prioritization, and learning.</li><li>Collaborate across teams to support Dayenu’s partnerships, communication, and spiritual resourcing work.</li><li>Promote a culture of integrity, equity, excellence, and effective collaboration.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>At least 10 years success in field and/or relational organizing and in designing and running advocacy or political campaigns</li><li>At least 5 years experience managing campaigners and organizers and strong supervisory skills&nbsp;</li><li>Experience identifying opportunities for strategic impact and creating innovative campaigns</li><li>Experience designing and managing successful distributed organizing&nbsp;programs</li><li>Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent listening skills, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to collaborate across lines of difference, and a commitment to anti-racist and feminist practice</li><li>Experience using digital organizing tools such as EveryAction, AirTable, and others</li><li>Experience working on the climate crisis very strongly preferred</li><li>Knowledge of and experience working in/with the Jewish community strongly preferred</li><li>Experience organizing on an electoral or ballot campaign a plus</li></ul>Benefits We offer a competitive benefits package, including vacation and sick days, national and major Jewish holidays off, family leave, healthcare, professional development, co-working space or stipend for home office, retirement benefits, and more.
