This position will be from a home office/remote workspace ideally in the greater Detroit area.&nbsp; You will make an impact in this role by: Tasks:<ul><li>Responsible for developing and establishing the strategic growth plan - setting sales goals, including new business targets and objectives for the assigned vertical market and report on progress.</li><li>Oversee and manage customer relationships with assigned vertical market.</li><li>Increase sales and profit margin with assigned vertical market.</li><li>Drive HYDAC specifications within the respective targeted vertical market.</li><li>Drive product development for HYDAC for use within the assigned vertical market.</li><li>Effectively communicate market trends, competitive analysis.</li><li>Responsible for implementing HYDAC Corporate Sales Strategy and keeping CRM update for assigned accounts.</li><li>Review lost opportunities to provide feedback to manage for pricing, product, service/support and sales strategy.</li><li>Development and implementation of respective sales plans.</li><li>Responsible for coordinate internal resources (i.e. – Territory Managers, Key Account Managers, Product Managers) as required to support vertical market. If account is being supported by a distributor, responsible for working with distributor to coordinate support for HYDAC products and solutions.</li><li>Responsible for determining and coordinating required resource for the market including engineering and project management personnel.</li><li>Determine required resources and investment to be compliant with vertical market regulations.</li><li>Assist in reviewing contracts and agreements with key customers, partners, etc. in the vertical market.</li><li>New business opportunities should also be communicated to the Product Managers for review as required.</li><li>Submit a monthly report to consist of target account updates, quotation feedback, and distributor updates and training.</li><li>Provide HYDAC Corporate with other status changes, as well as forecast feedback at major accounts.</li></ul></div>
