You will gain experience in mechanical troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and repair processes in both shop and outdoor environments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform routine servicing, inspection, and repair of fleet pumping equipment</li><li>Diagnose issues and identify required repairs or parts</li><li>Accurately document service and repair activities on work orders</li><li>Test repaired equipment to ensure proper operation</li><li>Conduct preventative maintenance on shop tools and equipment</li><li>Assist with equipment preparation and staging for customer use</li><li>Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours repairs and support</li><li>Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding status and needs</li><li>Maintain safe, organized, and efficient working conditions'</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills; experience with diesel engines or pumps is a plus</li><li>Experience in equipment repair, maintenance, or general mechanics preferred</li><li>Ability to operate a forklift; certification preferred but not required</li><li>Comfortable with documentation and paperwork</li><li>Able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds, with regular standing, bending, and stooping</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team environment</li><li>Effective communication skills, including use of radios or mobile devices</li></ul>SALARY: The estimated salary range for this position is $20.00/Hr. to $24.00/Hr. Starting pay depends on skills, experience, and work location, and may not typically be at the top of the range.
