We pride ourselves on our exemplary track record of designing innovative and sustainable solutions, that minimise the use of natural resources.Our global Building Services team are a source of world leading expertise – and offer a pro-active and collaborative approach to skill development, and professional excellence.<h2>The Role</h2>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, passionate and client-focused Lead Fire &amp; Hydraulic Engineer (Fire Protection/wet and dry fire experience will be highly regarded)  to join our Building Services team at our office in Melbourne OR Sydney, to play a leading role in ensuring the successful management and design/delivery of hydraulic and fire protection services for new and existing buildings. Additionally, the role involves applying innovative design processes, liaison with authorities, co-ordinating hydraulics services design with the other engineering disciplines, producing reports for the client and staying up to date with latest technologies and relevant industry requirements.  Experience with business development, client engagement and project management / leadership is desirable.    You will actively monitor the time frame for works to be completed and will use your wealth of expertise and determination to manage, motivate and inspire less experienced engineers. <h2>The Skills</h2>Educated to degree level in Engineering with sound knowledge in hydraulics and fire protection systems and experience in a variety of sectors such as infrastructure, commercial, education, retail, industrial and critical systems. You will hold relevant qualifications including RPEV, FPAS, RPEQ  You will possess knowledge in facilities management operations, maintenance procedures, local authority requirements, and infrastructure requirements, and have prior experience or understanding of REVIT/BIM delivery.  Given the collaborative and client-focused nature of this role, excellent communication and project management skills are essential.  Chartered status is desirable.  What We OfferWe provide a diverse and inclusive work environment and offer many benefits to ensure your professional development while maintaining a healthy work-life balance such as flexible start and finish times, working from home, diverse and exciting engineering projects, paid parental leave, paid purchase leave, professional memberships, birthday day off, amongst others. Job Description  Your career at Cundall #LI-RR1
