Job Description:The Business Analyst, Procurement will be based in Hyderabad, India. This position will be reporting for Director, Procurement and will act as Laison between business and technical teams. This role bridges business and IT by translating operational needs into ERP-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across the supply chain.  Watch “<a href="https://youtu.be/BtjIN9oHRMY?si=ONfWJ-vFlLZckjrE">Culture is our Passion</a>” to learn more about us.We are looking for someone who demonstrates: <ul><li>Passionate drive to innovate and create </li><li>Integrity to the core </li><li>Enthusiastic customer focus </li><li>Consistent interactive teamwork </li><li>Desire for continuous improvement and top performance. </li></ul> Here is a glimpse of what you will do: <ul><li>ERP Functional Implementation &amp; Support </li><li>Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to analyze, document, and optimize business processes. </li><li>Support data migration, lead testing (UAT, SIT), and go-live activities. </li><li>Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of ERP functionalities post-implementation. </li><li>Business Process Analysis &amp; Optimization </li><li>Conduct detailed gap analysis between business processes and ERP capabilities. </li><li>Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve accuracy in procurement. </li><li>Prepare functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for integration needs. </li><li>Support development of dashboards and KPIs to monitor supply chain performance. </li><li>Work closely with Procurement and Finance to align ERP solutions with business goals. </li><li>Facilitate user training, workshops, and documentation. </li><li>Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams for requirements, testing, and change requests. </li><li>Support ERP upgrades and rollout projects across multiple plants or business units </li></ul> Here is some of what you will need (required): <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. </li><li>Min 10+ years of experience as a System Analyst or ERP Functional Consultant in the supply chain domain. </li><li>Proficiency in data analysis, system configuration, and functional documentation </li><li>Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including Procurement and Finance. </li><li>Flexible to work in US time zone. </li></ul> Here are a few of our preferred experiences <ul><li>Basic understanding of SQL or Power BI. </li><li>Familiarity with EDI system </li><li>ERP certification Oracle SCM preferred. </li><li>Ability to work independently under minimal supervision in a global team environment. </li><li>Demonstrated commitment to integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement</li></ul>At Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.
