Reporting to the Global Head of Markets, TP ICAP, this position provides leadership and oversight across all E&amp;C functions, ensuring seamless coordination between front office, support, and infrastructure teams. The COO will act as a key strategic partner — shaping and executing the E&amp;C strategy, overseeing operational delivery, and ensuring that the business is positioned for sustainable growth and profitability.
