<p><strong>The Opportunity </strong></p><p>InCharge Energy is seeking an <strong>Electrical Journeyman</strong> to support the service needs of its customers.  The Electrician will work at the Bellflower InCharge Office, reporting to a Lead Technician. Key aspects of the work include running conduit, wiring and installation, diagnosing and repairing trouble with charging infrastructure in addition to handling regularly scheduled maintenance.</p><p>The role requires significant regional travel with a focus on ensuring a timely and customer-centered turnkey delivery experience. Key objectives include maintaining safety standards and timely completion of high-quality field installation work, EVCS Commissioning and field support.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Perform infield installation of civil and electrical infrastructure including running conduit and wire, trenching and associated civil work, and other in field activities.</li><li>Wiring buildings and electrical systems (commercial, industrial), installing lighting, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and panel, setting up electrical equipment, transformers, and generators</li><li>Troubleshooting electrical issues, repairing or replacing faulty wiring, fixtures, or equipment, performing outline inspections and preventive maintenance.</li><li>Retrofitting older systems to meet current standards, upgrading panels or service capacity, installing energy-efficient systems (LED lighting)</li><li>Commissioning support for all EV Chargers</li><li>Assist in the coordination of third-party vendors for installations</li><li>Repair maintain, troubleshoot, and service electrical charging infrastructure using skills and tools that range from computer diagnostics to basic electrical tools</li><li>Measure charging infrastructure performance using appropriate tools and techniques</li><li>Represent the company at client locations with the highest standards of professional conduct</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in Procore and Field Lightening</li><li>Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Your Experience and Capabilities</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings</li><li>Electrical Journeyman or higher qualification (or state/province equivalent) *</li><li>OSHA 30 Card required or ability to obtain in 120 days of hire.</li><li>Associates Degree or higher in an applicable technical field is desirable</li><li>ASE or other applicable certification is desirable</li><li>Commercial Drivers license or ability to obtain is highly desirable</li><li>ECAP certification (internal requirement) or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire</li><li>EVITP Certification or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire</li><li>Adaptable to the changing dynamics of start-up business strategy</li><li>Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented, resourceful, diligent, and able to operate independently with limited supervision (completing assigned work accurately and in a timely manner)</li><li>Proficiency with Procore, or equivalent software a plus</li><li>Ability to Travel 50% - 75%</li></ul><p>*Equivalent is 8000 hours of hands on electrical construction experience</p><div><div><div>US Hourly Range</div><div><span>$39</span><span>—</span><span>$42 USD</span></div></div></div><div><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>Full-time employees enjoy competitive compensation, yearly bonuses, and benefits package including 401(k) matching contribution, health, dental, and vision, cell phone reimbursement, generous vacation, office meals and snacks, team building events and activities throughout the year. </p><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></p><p>Employment at InCharge Energy is based solely upon individual merit and qualifications directly related to professional competence.
