Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world.  Reimagine What’s Possible Job Description and QualificationsRotoflow™, an Air Products Business, is a full-service turbomachinery OEM - providing a wide range of new equipment solutions and services to our customers globally in market segments such as industrial gases, petrochemicals, and hydrocarbons.  Aftermarket services such as spare parts, repairs, upgrades, field services, engineering evaluations, reliability and performance assessments, troubleshooting, training, remote diagnostics/data monitoring, and shop services are some of the many offerings provided from regional service centers for both Air Products and non-Air Products equipment. We are seeking an Rotoflow Aftermarket Project Manager at our turbomachinery service center in KSA- DSC, responsible for providing projects execution with engineering support for spare parts, repairs, upgrades, reverse engineering, and field service of all types of turbomachinery.   You will enjoy:<ul><li>Be part of a team to grow a world-class service and machinery business.</li><li>Seeing the results of candidate’s direct efforts through successful execution of customer projects.</li><li>Being empowered to satisfy customers and have influence on changes to work processes to meet customer expectations on speed and world-class customer service.</li><li>Collaborating with a cross-functional team across commercial, engineering, procurement and manufacturing on a wide variety of projects with varying technical complexity and scope.</li><li>Significant direct interaction with customers, in coordination with account managers, ensures Rotoflow exceeds customer expectations with solutions.</li><li>Ability to grow and develop one’s career and take on increasing responsibility.</li></ul>Responsibilities: <ul><li>Work collaboratively with Proposal Managers to receive assigned orders, develop and implement appropriate execution plans that address execution, budget, and schedule, and put in place a team that can successfully execute.</li><li>Manage and execute orders and projects concurrently in different phases, from order intake, execution, shipment, invoicing, and accounts receivable.</li><li>Maximize revenue recognition and take necessary actions to fill the (planned vs actual) gaps.</li><li>Ensure regular communication is provided to internal and external stakeholders and customers on the status of projects and develop relationships that will indirectly drive and boost sales.</li><li>Lead and guide the execution team and provide directions on objective priorities to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed as planned.</li><li>Manage changes on projects to keep projects on track and meet financial and customer targets.</li><li>Provide feedback on lessons learned during execution to other functions to assure continuous improvement.</li></ul> Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Technical Degree (BA/BS/BEng); mechanical/ Industrial engineering background a plus,</li><li>Project Management Experience, &gt; 5 years is preferred, with excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively lead and organize engineering teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>PMP certification is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is beneficial</li><li>Detailed knowledge of rotating equipment's / turbomachinery, accessory systems, and related technologies and services is a plus.</li><li>Goal oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, with ability to drive success, with strong winning spirit and ability to motivate teams.</li><li>Excellent creativity, problem solving, and decision-making skills - including an understanding of when to escalate both technical and administrative decisions.</li><li>Aptitude and desire to quickly learn.</li><li>Excellent time management skills.</li><li>Ability and drive to continuously improve and eliminate unnecessary barriers or complexity to meeting customer needs</li><li>Ability to create an environment of trust and consistently exhibit a positive attitude.</li></ul>We are the world’s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
