<div>        <h3>Description</h3>        <div>          <div>            <p><span>We’re looking for a sharp, self-starter Intern who is eager to learn the mechanics of complex, multi-stakeholder project delivery within the energy and infrastructure sectors. You'll work closely with project teams and technical leads, contributing to the execution of projects ranging from new procurement models to early-stage schematic design and cost analysis. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience, apply foundational knowledge, and support high-quality project completion in a dynamic environment.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>What You’ll Do</span></p><ul><li>Assist project teams with the organization and tracking of key workstreams related to construction cost estimating, scheduling, and documentation.</li><li>Support technical leads in reviewing and structuring documents, including basic estimate tables, design criteria summaries, and internal project schedules.</li><li>Facilitate coordination and communication across internal teams and external design/engineering partners.</li><li>Conduct research to support the development of performance frameworks, standardized designs, and repeatable design guides.</li><li>Participate in charrettes, workshops, and design review sessions, taking detailed notes and tracking action items.</li><li>Proactively monitor project timelines, flag potential conflicts or issues, and help the team keep momentum on track.</li></ul><p><span>What We’re Looking For</span></p><ul><li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.</li><li>Demonstrated interest in construction workflows, project management, or the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and an eagerness to learn new processes and technical concepts.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Experience or coursework related to lean construction or integrated design-build is a plus.</li><li>Prior experience working on federally-funded projects or with government institutions is a plus.</li><li>Comfortable working collaboratively in a virtual environment, managing assigned tasks, and demonstrating accountability.</li><li>A resourceful, entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to high-quality results.</li></ul><p><br></p>          </div>        </div>      </div> <div>        Salary        <p>$15 - $25 per hour</p>      </div> <div>        <div>            Apply for Intern (Project Execution)        </div>      </div>
