AECOM is seeking a Contract Administration Sr. Manager to work in its offices in Panama.The responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Coordinates and provides review, administration, and/or compliance activities for complex contracts that may require more coordination with multiple entities, requiring further legal reviews, etc.</li><li>Leads researchers on contractual issues and administering law department activities</li><li>Provides guidance on contractual matters</li><li>Responsibilities may include updating the company law library with current changes in legislation and keeping management and staff informed on legislative developments and court actions that impact the company.</li><li>Works under limited supervision.</li><li>Responsible for setting own project deadlines.</li><li>Prepare and assist in various levels of project reporting. Key contributor in the preparation of monthly status report.</li><li>Coordination with AECOM´s operations management team</li><li>Serve as a key participant in client and/or subcontractor negotiations.</li><li>Prepare and assist in various levels of project reporting. Key contributor in the preparation of the monthly status report.</li><li>Oversees the administration of all elements of contractual terms and conditions from proposal stage through contract close-out and audit. </li><li>Directly and through subordinates, assists all departments in developing contracts within company policies. </li><li>Examines estimates and delivery schedules. </li><li>Prepares bids, process specifications, test and progress reports and other exhibits that may be required. </li><li>Negotiates complex contracts on large projects, customers or bidders. </li><li>Manages a team of contract administrators. </li><li>Serves as group/department or technical lead.</li></ul>
