Ensures business targets are achieved within time frame.How you’ll make an impact:<ul><li>Responsible for Customer Repair Order Execution of allocated India Domestic regions &amp; Export regions which is required for reclamation Process.</li><li>Responsible for daily execution and maintenance of Repair Order register. Any discrepancies between ERP Order Backlog and Repair Order Register are reviewed on regular basis and resolve the discrepancies in collaboration with Internal Department and GBS.</li><li>Responsible for booking customer orders from the allocated regions in ERP system. Order Acknowledgement, offer and dispatch details are sent to customer within time frame.</li><li>Responsible for coordinating with Internal team for claiming back warranties with relevant suppliers / customers.</li><li> OTD KPIs set targets are monitored on monthly basis and analysis to be submitted for the gap in the performance and appropriate actions are taken in the organization.
