Assigned tasks may include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Maintain certification and prerequisite training to be able to perform one or two production processes (PS/RD, PS-HVM, PS/RD console, HVM console, LPS-HVM)</li><li>Participate in root-cause/ corrective action investigations</li><li>Ensure that SOPs are accurate and that the SOPs are followed for every process, every time</li><li>Write and/or edit SOPs supporting new processes and approved changes in existing processes.</li><li>Initiate Equipment Deficiency Reports (EDR’s) as required and help drive deficiencies to closure.</li><li>Ensure work orders in CMMS are detailed and accurate.</li><li>Participate in JSA’s (Job Safety Analyses).</li><li>Track raw material inventories to support reaction schedule.</li><li>Diagnose tagged-out equipment and recommend disposition for repair or replacement.
