<ul><li>Track, analyze and interpret laws, regulations and policies that directly affect Statkraft US, with a keen focus on US Renewable Energy, Carbon and Renewable Fuels</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor changes in regulations and policies and regularly update management and the greater organization on potential impacts</li></ul><ul><li>Perform market/regulatory research to present new products and trade strategies to the trading team and greater organization</li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to the inputs, methodology, and analysis of results of fundamental modeling</li></ul><ul><li>Develop creative ideas/solutions to market-based problems (commercial ideas)</li></ul><ul><li>Liaise and collaborate with relevant state, federal and industry-based organizations</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and manage regulatory tracking tools to automate policy alerts</li></ul><ul><li>Build regulatory assessment reports to identify and synthesize areas of regulatory risk, market volatility, and emerging regulatory frameworks</li></ul><ul><li>Manage relevant consultant and third-party relationships as required</li></ul><ul><li>Assist, alongside internal Legal and Compliance teams, to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government regulations</li></ul>
