Location: Geneva, IL | Fully Integrated PlantPay: $18.25 - $22.50 / hourWhat You Will Do<ul><li>Improve inventory control documentation including cycle count adherence, root cause identification and action plans.</li><li>Improve lead receiving/cycle count process.</li><li>Improve inventory stats template and ensure locations/thresholds are correct.</li><li>Continuous improvement and month end activities.</li><li>Assist in creating standard work procedures for the Finance Team.</li><li>Daily monitor employee punches and develop procedures to minimize the number of missed punches.</li><li>Assist in weekly payroll processes.</li></ul>How You Will Do It<ul><li>Partnering with supply chain to ensure cycle counting is completed including follow-up for adjustments outside of tolerance and improve receipt accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Implementing weekly monitoring of adherence to cycle count policies.</li><li>Creating written documentation of receiving and counting process and receipt review template.</li><li>Updating inventory stat template with correct locations and threshold.</li><li>Ensuring template is provided to the team weekly and verify actions are taken by operations when needed to correct inventory balances.</li><li>Participating in month-end close activities and analysis/reporting of results.</li><li>Working with the Plant Finance Team identifying process gaps or inefficiency and implementing improvement.</li><li>Assisting Finance and Production Control in creating an effective process to ensure all inventory/cycle counts are being performed accurately.</li></ul>What We Look For<ul><li>Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.</li><li>Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.</li><li>Added plant experience in special projects outside of Finance including but not limited to Operations and Shipping and Distribution.</li><li>Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week.
