Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Preparation of monthly financial and business reports for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Preparation of monthly performance analyses and reports.</li><li>Conducting in-depth analyses of financial and business data for internal decision-making.</li><li>Participation in identifying deviations from the plan and developing improvement proposals.</li><li>Participation in preparing of the annual financial business plan.</li><li>Coordination of non-current inventory management.</li><li>Participation in business process optimization projects.</li><li>Help managing the reporting system (BI).</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as a controller.</li><li>University degree or Masters study in economics/finance or other relevant field.</li><li>Good understanding of business process principles (preference will be given to candidates coming from manufacturing companies and with experience in preparing reports for parent companies abroad).</li><li>It is a plus if you hold a knowledge of Slovenian and international accounting standards, current financial and tax legislation.</li><li>It will be your advantage if you are experienced in planning and reporting, as well as working with large databases.</li><li>Advanced level of English language proficiency.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Excel, complex information systems, and preferably also business intelligence tools (BI).</li><li>Excellent analytical skills, logical thinking, systematic approach, precision, reliability, ability to clearly communicate information/conclusions/proposals, solution-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
