Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Manage and grow a network of dealers within the assigned territory (Ontario and Maritime);</li><li>Train, support, and guide partners to maximize their performance and satisfaction;</li><li>Meet (or exceed) sales targets by promoting our products and services to dealers and end customers;</li><li>Analyze sales and marketing data to identify growth opportunities;</li><li>Develop innovative sales strategies tailored to your territory;</li><li>Attend trade shows to enhance brand visibility;</li><li>Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly;</li><li>Stay up to date with product knowledge to maintain a high level of expertise;</li><li>Maintain regular communication with internal teams (R&amp;D, Marketing, Product Management);</li><li>Provide management with visit reports, activity updates, and sales forecasts.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;</li><li>Buisness, sales &amp; customer service or agriculture degree;</li><li>Strong knowledge in dairy farming;</li><li>Proven ability to build trust-based relationships and influence stakeholders;</li><li>Team spirit, excellent organizational skills, and autonomy in the field;</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills;</li><li>Proficiency with general computer tools and Microsoft Office;</li><li>Proficiency in English is required to collaborate with North American departments/teams and English-speaking managers;</li><li>Mobility: Frequent travel required (up to 60% of the time).</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
