This role is a massive force-multiplier; you will directly accelerate the pace of safe innovation for all of Zoox.</span></div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will:</h3><ul><li>Customer-Obsessed Discovery: Embed deeply with your V&amp;V teams to understand their workflows, identify their biggest pain points, and discover their unarticulated needs.</li><li>0-to-1 Product Vision: Develop and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the entire V&amp;V tools platform.</li><li>Ruthless Prioritization: Ruthlessly prioritize competing needs across the organization, balancing platform scalability, new testing capabilities, and the urgent need to reduce V&amp;V cycle time.</li><li>Flawless Execution: Author clear, detailed PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) that define the "why" and "what," partnering with your tech lead to define the "how." You will get sign-off from all stakeholders and partner with EMs to deliver.</li><li>Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with Engineering Managers and key stakeholders to ensure your roadmap is aligned with Zoox's top-level goals.</li><li>Measure What Matters: Define, track, and report on the key metrics that measure the success of your products, such as V&amp;V cycle time, test throughput, pipeline reliability, and user satisfaction.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years of Technical Product Management experience, with a proven track record of shipping complex, technical products.</li><li>Experience building developer tools, automation platforms, or complex workflow solutions for highly technical users (e.g., developers, QA, or V&amp;V teams).</li><li>Deep technical fluency in software testing lifecycles, and release-gating.</li><li>Ability to partner with senior engineers on complex architectural topics such as test automation frameworks, large-scale data processing, and simulation platforms.</li><li>A proven 0-to-1 mindset with a track record of taking ambiguous, complex problems and translating them into a clear vision and actionable roadmap.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and justify your roadmap with data.</li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Direct experience in a Verification &amp; Validation (V&amp;V), Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), or Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environment.</li><li>Experience in the autonomous vehicle, robotics, aerospace, or a similar safety-critical industry.</li></ul><br><div><b>About Zoox</b></div><div>Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.
