You will work closely with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to optimize resource utilization and maintain high efficiency across the production process.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and schedule production activities based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity.</li><li>Develop and maintain production plans that optimize labor, materials, and equipment usage.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.</li><li>Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or changing priorities.</li><li>Communicate daily and weekly production plans to relevant departments.</li><li>Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.</li><li>Maintain ERP/MRP systems with accurate scheduling and inventory data.</li><li>Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maintain consistent output.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning and supply chain performance.</li><li>Ensure safe and healthy working conditions, report risks and safety deviations.</li><li>Plan maintenance and repairs together with maintenance and production managers.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>2–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or related manufacturing roles.</li><li>Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems.</li><li>Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination abilities across departments.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Good knowledge of Finnish and English.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>A versatile and responsible role in a skilled and supportive team.</li><li>An international working environment with growth opportunities.</li><li>Support for professional development.</li></ul> We're not just about energy storage.
