This role will focus on ensuring robust compliance, effective controls, and streamlined documentation processes across all Finance systems. The position will also support vendor compliance and Audit reviews, along with coordinating small to medium-sized projects within the Finance Systems organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with IT, business stakeholders, and audit and compliance teams to maintain strong governance and risk management practices.</p><p></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Compliance &amp; Documentation</h3><p>- Manage and maintain all documentation and approvals for compliance and audit packages across Finance systems.</p><p>- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of materials for internal and external audits.</p><p>- Maintain centralized repository for compliance documentation and approvals.</p><h3>Access &amp; Security</h3><p>- Work with IT and business teams on User Access Reviews (UAR) to ensure proper segregation of duties and compliance.</p><p>- Partner with IT on cybersecurity requests, High Value Asset (HVA) assessments, and vendor compliance reviews, including SOC report evaluations.</p><h3>Controls &amp; Process Optimization</h3><p>- Develop and implement streamlined processes for effective controls monitoring.</p><p>- Track and enforce accountability for control activities across team members.</p><p>- Identify opportunities for improving compliance workflows and risk mitigation strategies.</p><h3>Project Coordination</h3><p>- Coordinate small to medium-sized projects within the Finance Systems organization.</p><p>- Support project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.</p><p>- Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.</p><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2><h3>Education</h3><p>- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.</p><h3>Experience</h3><p>- 3+ years of experience in compliance, audit coordination, or project management within Finance or IT environments.</p><p>- Familiarity with financial systems and cybersecurity principles.</p><p>- Experience working with cross-functional teams on governance and risk management initiatives.</p><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><p>- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4) and finance applications.</p><p>- Familiarity with SOX compliance and SOC report reviews.</p><p>- Exposure to project management tools and methodologies.</p><p>- Certifications in compliance, audit, or project management are a plus.</p><p></p><p><b>#LI-Hybrid</b></p><p></p><p><span><span>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
