You’ll also build a pipeline of prospective clients for Boiler &amp; Heat Pump servicing, ensuring we deliver exceptional value across our offerings.You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and solidifying our position as a leading provider of sustainable solutions, working closely with our Residential Sales, Finance, CVM, and Marketing teams.What will you do?<ul><li>Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in Net Zero and servicing sectors.</li><li>Identify and qualify potential clients, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with decision-makers.</li><li>Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring profitable agreements.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to expand service offerings related to Net Zero initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.</li><li>Track and analyse sales performance, prepare forecasts and reports.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events and contribute to marketing initiatives.</li></ul>Here’s who we’re looking for:<ul><li>Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management ideally within Energy/Utilities.</li><li>Proven success in achieving/exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Strong understanding of Net Zero transition, sustainability principles, and relevant regulations.</li><li>Experience in developing and selling service-based solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.</li><li>Commercial acumen in business case development and P&amp;L management.</li><li>Knowledge of energy/utilities/renewables industry; experience in solar or boiler servicing is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of sales channels and lead generation.</li></ul>Please note that this is a field base role with a nationwide remit so you must be flexible to travel as needed.Why should you apply?       We’re not a perfect place – but we’re a people place.
