The ideal candidate combines the above expertise with strong critical thinking skills, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is driven to improve manufacturing workflow efficiency, accuracy, and quality. *This position can be hybrid in Greeneville, or this position can be remote in the following states: FL, GA, IL, KS, NC, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI, WY<h2>Responsibilities</h2>What Will You Do ERP System Utilization<ul> <li>Work with IT to align ERP functionality with operational needs in engineering and manufacturing such as:</li> <ul> <li>Workflows, work instructions, routings</li> <li>Component part numbering and documentation</li> <li>Product configuration &amp; documentation</li> <li>Change management &amp; deviations</li> </ul> <li>Support data integrity, reporting, and analytics to improve decision-making within the engineering and manufacturing teams.</li></ul> ERP System Enablement &amp; Support<ul> <li>Provide end-user support and training to engineering and manufacturing associates to ensure adoption and effective use of relevant ERP tools.</li> <li>Participate in testing and validation of ERP changes impacting engineering and manufacturing to ensure accuracy, usability, and reliability.</li> <li>Collaborate with IT to review and advise on upgrades, new modules, and enhancements impacting engineering and manufacturing.</li></ul> Collaboration &amp; Integration<ul> <li>Build strong partnerships with IT and the engineering &amp; manufacturing end users, acting as the liaison between these teams.</li> <li>Support ERP integration with existing/new Engineering &amp; Manufacturing infrastructure.</li> <li>Collaborate Enterprise wide to ensure ERP deliverables align with organizational goals and deliver measurable impact.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>What Will You Need<ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Business/Information Systems, or related field</li> <li>2+ years’ experience using/deploying ERP functionality across Engineering &amp; Manufacturing, with preference for Infor LN (other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics also considered).</li> <li>Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business processes across engineering and manufacturing.</li> <li>Ability to interpret engineering and manufacturing requirements to define ERP functionality that aligns with and supports business processes. </li> <li>Experience with ERP reporting and analysis tools.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments and training end-users.</li> <li>Adaptability and eagerness to grow alongside an ever-evolving ERP system.</li></ul> Let’s Build the Future TogetherAt ERMCO, your ideas matter, your growth is supported, and your impact is real.
