The opportunity: Reporting to the CMO, the Content Lead is the strategic driver of all brand and performance content initiatives across digital platforms and formats. This individual leads the development and execution of content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention. They are an expert in storytelling, audience segmentation, content funnel development, and performance measurement. This role collaborates closely with public relations, performance marketing, business development, customer experience, IT, and HR to align content with broader campaign direction and business objectives.
