We are looking for a Staff ERP Engineer to lead architecture, development, and integration across our Revenue, Fixed Assets, and Financial Platforms.This role is mission-critical in a platform business operating across multi-currency, multi-entity environments with high-volume product-led revenue, complex asset lifecycle operations, and global financial compliance requirements.The ideal candidate bridges ERP engineering expertise, modern integration patterns, and a product mindset, and can partner seamlessly across Finance, Data, Engineering, and Product teams.This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates residing in either the United States or Canada to maintain effective collaboration across teams.What You'll Do:Revenue &amp; Finance Systems<ul style=""><li>Architect and enhance Order-to-Revenue, Subscription/Usage billing, and Revenue Recognition workflows across ERP + adjacent systems (preferred: Experience with Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service/NetSuite welcome).</li><li>Design and support scalable usage-based billing, multi-currency pricing, deferred revenue, and ASC-606-compliant rev-rec implementation.</li><li>Integrate ERP with product platform billing engines, data pipelines, CRM, payment systems, and data warehouse.</li><li>Partner with Finance and Data teams to ensure integrity of high-volume revenue feeds and period close accuracy.</li><li>Build control frameworks ensuring accuracy, completeness, and audit trail across revenue systems.</li></ul>Fixed Assets &amp; Operational Finance<ul style=""><li>Design and automate asset lifecycle accounting — acquisition, Asset Addition/Adjustment/Capitalization, depreciation, impairment, disposal</li><li>Support tracking for millions of distributed assets across global markets.</li><li>Enable automation for asset capitalization, component tracking, transfers, and depreciation events.</li><li>Build reliable and auditable integration patterns across ERP, inventory systems, and IoT/operations platforms.</li></ul>Engineering + Solution Leadership<ul style=""><li>Translate business needs into scalable architectures and technical specifications.</li><li>Influence ERP engineering standards, CI/CD practices, and development governance.</li><li>Collaborate with enterprise product, data engineering, and security to design scalable &amp; secure systems.</li><li>Stay current on ERP capabilities, revenue automation tools, asset accounting automation trends.</li></ul>About you:<ul style=""><li>10+ years hands-on experience with ERP financial modules, including Revenue &amp; Fixed Assets.</li><li>Strong understanding of global accounting, GL Revaluation &amp; Translation, multi-entity consolidation, and multi-currency/FX impacts.</li><li>Strong understanding of how to customize SLAs and process of Subledger(AR/FA) JEs gets posted in General Ledger and its related impact</li><li>Direct experience with ASC-606 revenue recognition and high-volume usage-based revenue.</li><li>Hands-on development skills in OOP and vibe coding</li><li>Experience integrating ERP with:</li><li>product billing/usage platforms (internal or SaaS)</li><li>CRM (Salesforce preferred)</li><li>data pipelines &amp; warehouses (e.g., Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift)</li><li>payment platforms</li><li>Strong SQL and API engineering fundamentals (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML).</li><li>Architecting the RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions) applicable to the ERP systems</li><li>Experience in SOX-compliant environments and financial control design.</li><li>Familiar with version control (Git) and structured SDLC/ agile SCRUM.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul style=""><li>Experience at a consumer or platform company with physical fleet / assets at scale</li><li>Familiarity with:</li><li>Experience with Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud Applications.
