The successful candidate will report directly to AMP’s General Counsel and must be a resourceful self-starter with excellent judgment, a keen eye for detail, and a strong sense of team and mission.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities As Commercial Counsel, your job duties and responsibilities will include some or all of the following, which you must be able to perform unassisted or with reasonable accommodation.Broad Commercial Portfolio<ul><li>Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enable and advance deal execution and commercial strategy.</li><li>Draft, review, negotiate, and provide guidance with respect to a wide variety of commercial contracts -- domestic and international, with counterparties spanning the public and private sectors -- including those governing:<ul><li>The sale and/or licensing of tech-forward waste and recycling solutions, including long-term service agreements;</li><li>The purchase and/or sale of feedstock, commodities, and environmental attributes;
