Its main purpose is to perform high quality testing, both in the development of new products, and in certification of the products for the global market. The clients to the Lab come from both Hitachi global organization and external Hitachi companies.Being a part of the Maintenance Team at the High-Power Laboratory is an important and interesting challenge and a key role to keep the Laboratory operation at the forefront. The team, that consists of approx. 5 persons, handles the maintenance support of the full Laboratory plant. Responsibilities also in new projects and installations, as well as decommissioning of old equipment in the approximately 15.000 m2 large area.In the role as Engineer for the Laboratory gas plants you will be responsible for the overall status of the different systems, as well as to report some of the key parameters. Your input for safe handling, maintenance and new investments is vital for the laboratory process. You will also be a part of the larger Maintenance Team and will be able to work also with other tasks in the Lab.We are very interested in learning more about you and what you can contribute to, so we encourage you to apply even if not all requirements are met. Being part of the new maintenance organization in our unique environment, with systems and machines, is where your experience and personality will be the final piece.  How you´ll make an impact<ul><li>Drive a planned maintenance within the Laboratory, serving our labs and clients in the best way possible for the Gas Plants.</li><li>Understand and support the need from the Laboratory units, then drive the actions that need to be taken.</li><li>Report and take HSE related actions related to the Gas Plants.</li><li>Support projects and the testing Labs with gas plant resources.</li><li>Contribute to strategic planning and the overall development of the Laboratory.</li></ul>Your background<ul><li>Technical competence with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent acquired competence.</li><li>Fluent Swedish language is a priority; good English is needed.
