This role will be responsible for performing the end-to-end processes of billing, which includes but is not limited to invoice creation &amp; credit note cancellation servicing at least one or more region. <ul><li>Perform end-to-end billing tasks in compliance with approved billing policies &amp; procedures, accounting standards, SOX, internal controls, and within the approved service level agreements.</li><li>Assigned invoices may range from simple to moderately complex transactions,</li><li>Update client billing information and instructions, and billing rates,</li><li>Gather and review backup documentation for billing purposes,</li><li>Perform revenue recalculation steps in Oracle,</li><li>Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure invoices are submitted to the clients timely and accurately.</li><li>Distribute invoices to external clients through various distribution platforms e,g, mail, email, and client portal uploads.</li><li>Respond to inquiries and escalate issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.</li><li>Participate in governance meetings with Operations Team and/or clients,</li><li>Perform multiple routine and/or simple ad hoc tasks assigned by the Billing Team Leader or Billing Manager,</li><li>Address critical issues with the guidance of the Team Leader within the prescribed turnaround time,</li><li>Gather information and documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving issues within the assigned process.</li><li>May be involved in selected transition-related activities such as desktop procedures creation,</li></ul> Attributes:<ul><li>Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a specific group of internal and external customers.
