These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.​We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.  Job Description  PURPOSE OF ROLE: Responsible for assisting the Contracts department in managing non-disclosure agreements, third party sales channel agreements and supporting the review of contracts and other business agreements in accordance with appropriate laws and Teledyne Corporate policy.To protect and promote Teledyne’s commercial and contractual position and to uphold appropriate local policies and processes including audit and support in the pursuit of contracts and other business agreements.To assist Teledyne sales and project teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, in particular supporting appropriate non-disclosure agreement requests and managing third party agreements to maximise business development and sales opportunities.SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide commercial advice to the business which supports the delivery of the Teledyne business plan and at all times commercially protects the best interests of the company.Manage the preparation, review and submission of non-disclosure agreements to ensure they align with Teledyne Corporate policy, minimising risk to the company.Manage and complete the third party sales channel process, consultant agreement process, and other third party agreements on behalf of the respective business unit(s), including request-phase collaboration with Sales and other key stakeholders, completion of the due diligence requirements, support to the Contacts Manager in drafting and negotiation of the agreement, circulating for business and Corporate approvals, agreement execution, and on-going management, such as processing agreement renewals, amendments and terminations.Support Contracts Managers in the review, negotiation and conclusion a range of agreements, including customer and supplier agreements.Audit to ensure all commercial and contractual practices are in accordance with Teledyne Corporate policy. This includes support to any Corporate Internal Audit site visit.Notify the Contracts Manager of any commercial and contractual updates with recommendations and local actions to implement.Create effective working relationships, functionally and cross-functionally, across the organisation in order to deliver outstanding results, including ensuring strong interactions with other compliance and commercial services functions such as Intellectual Property, Export compliance and Security.Work with the business divisions and other key stakeholders to raise commercial awareness and ensure full visibility of and adherence to the Teledyne corporate policy requirements.Ensure high quality customer service to both internal and external customers be maintained at all times and maintain all records and documents accurately and effectively.Skills, Experience and Attributes<ul><li>Results-driven, solution-oriented mentally</li><li>Consistent demonstration of integrity and respect</li><li>Excellent administrative capability</li><li>Experience in a relevant business or commercial role</li><li>An ability to work with standard and non-standard forms of agreements</li><li>Experience in working with Customers and Suppliers</li><li>An ability to manage workloads</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
