This includes, but not limited to, strategy design, administration, execution and delivery of ad hoc compensation reporting needs. In addition, this role will work closely with the Head of Executive Compensation in driving a successful year-end compensation process across all stakeholder groups. This role partners with members of the broader Human Capital team (Human Capital Business Partners, Benefits, HC Operations, Payroll and Budget &amp; Forecast teams) as well as Legal &amp; Compliance, Finance (Strategic Finance, Compensation Finance, Controllers and Carry &amp; Co-Invest teams), as well as directly with business leaders across the firm. This position will report to the Head of Executive Compensation.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Assist the Compensation team with compensation design, analysis and the implementation of new or revised compensation programs globally</li><li>Support the year-end annual compensation process including bonus pool analysis, benchmarking, assisting to ensure systems are updated and prepared for manager inputs, compensation statements for employees and enhancements of related year-end processes</li><li>Perform complex compensation analyses for presentation to firmwide Senior Leaders</li><li>Assist with preparation of the AGM Compensation Discussion &amp; Analysis</li><li>Model ISS quantitative and qualitative analyses</li><li>Monitor labor market trends and continuously evaluate market competitiveness of compensation structures</li><li>Improve current state of function through automation where possible and enhances coordination with key stakeholders</li><li>Partner closely with business leaders and Human Capital Business Partners to support business strategies including complex analytics</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>5-8 years of experience – mix of compensation, strategy, and/or data analytics background</li><li>Experience in data handling, reporting and excellent knowledge of Excel</li><li>Experience in designing and administering compensation structures, processes, policies</li><li>Strong understanding of public compensation disclosures (e.g., DEF 14A, 10K)</li><li>Strong understanding of year-end compensation process</li><li>Ability to independently take on multiple tasks with high degree of attention to detail</li></ul><ul><li>Superior communication and listening skillset, experience with senior leadership/stakeholders a plus</li><li>Candidate must have an analytical, logical thought process for developing solutions</li><li>Strong financial accounting acumen (e.g., GAAP) a plus</li><li>Understanding of carried interest and co-investment programs a plus</li></ul>Pay Range$130,000 - $165,000Apollo Global Management, Inc.
