It also investigates customer complaints. Responsibilities: Maintain strong technical knowledge of technology impacting the businessUnder the overall direction of the sales and marketing responsible, build and maintain strong working relationships with University Extension personnel and other important influencers in the territory such as the bee keeper associations to ensure they are adequately prepared to recommend our products upon launch and that our products are represented fairly in publications and in live field or industry eventsManage technical expense, service to sales dollars &amp; product demo budget consistent &amp; aligned with key commercial initiatives.Provide technical product training &amp; give regional guidance on complaint handling and assist Sales in complaint calls where necessary for bee expertise, problem diagnosis, and input on resolution.Develop various training modules &amp; take the lead in providing technical consulting &amp; training to internal &amp; external groups.
