You build and execute a structured content strategy across channels, collaborate closely with internal experts, and ensure consistent communication that strengthens our global brand presence.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute Smappee’s content strategy across markets and customer segments. </li></ul><ul><li> Build and maintain a structured content plan and editorial calendar. </li><li> Create compelling and accurate content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and product pages. </li><li> Translate complex technical topics—such as energy monitoring, EV charging, and automation—into accessible language. </li><li> Coordinate creative assets, translations, and localisation with internal and external partners. </li><li> Monitor content performance, track SEO and engagement metrics, and optimise based on insights. </li><li> Collaborate with stakeholders across product, sales, R&amp;D, and marketing to gather input and deliver publishable content. </li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience. </li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in technical or complex industries. </li><li>Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats. </li><li>Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and accurately. </li><li>Experience with SEO, keyword research, and content performance analytics. </li><li>Experience working with customer journeys and identifying content gaps. </li><li>Fluent in English (Dutch or French are strong assets). </li><li>Experience with Craft CMS, HubSpot, or AI/LLM tools is a plus. </li><li>Curious, proactive, hands-on, and a collaborative team player.</li></ul>BenefitsAt Smappee we believe in a modern and dynamic work environment where you can be yourself and truly inspire people to contribute to a better planet.
