Your mission To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Rollout Manager in France who will drive the deployment of our charging stations with quality, speed, and operational excellence.<ul><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;margin-bottom:0px;">Responsible for the roll-out of IONITY High Power Charging stations in France, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;margin-bottom:0px;">Scout, design, and define the layout of future IONITY charging stations.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;margin-bottom:0px;">Review and follow permit applications with local authorities and manage the HV grid connection process with the grid operator.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;margin-bottom:0px;">Manage suppliers and subcontractors for the planning and construction of charging stations.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;margin-bottom:0px;">Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and legal requirements for installation projects, including contractor oversight.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;margin-bottom:0px;">Guarantee a high level of station quality, contributing to continuous improvement of our technical standards.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;margin-bottom:0px;">Provide comprehensive reporting to the Management Team on roll-out status, costs, and operational performance.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;margin-bottom:0px;">Deliver relevant technical reporting to internal stakeholders (e.g., Procurement &amp; Hardware) to support improvement of technical solutions and business models.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;margin-bottom:0px;">Act as the main contact for site partners and highway operators during the construction of IONITY stations.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;margin-bottom:0px;">Ensure extensions and improvements of existing sites.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;margin-bottom:0px;font-size:14px;">Qualified electrical engineer or civil works engineer with relevant experience.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;margin-bottom:0px;font-size:14px;">Excellent project management skills in a fast-paced environment.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;margin-bottom:0px;font-size:14px;">Proven track record of delivering infrastructure or construction projects on time and on budget, including the ability to manage comprehensive site due diligence.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;margin-bottom:0px;font-size:14px;">Experience working with private and public property owners, including approvals and coordination with grid operators and permitting authorities.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;margin-bottom:0px;font-size:14px;">Target-oriented working style, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and strong communication and negotiation abilities</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;margin-bottom:0px;font-size:14px;">Driver’s license.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;margin-bottom:0px;font-size:14px;">Language skills: Fluent French and English required; additional languages welcome.</li><li>Desired Skills:<ul><li>Familiarity with the roll-out of e-mobility charging infrastructure within a specific country or market region.</li><li>Knowledge of solar panel infrastructure deployment and its technical requirements.</li><li>Ability to prepare and submit tender applications in both public and private settings.</li><li>Background in installing infrastructure on motorway networks and/or working with retail operations of oil &amp; gas companies</li></ul></li></ul>
