About this opportunity Pact Recycling have opportunities for Production Operators to join the Production team at our Wacol recycling plant. There are roles available on the afternoon shift and night shift, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime on weekends too.The role is also responsible for adhering to safety protocols, conducting quality checks, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining accurate production documentation to meet output targets and support continuous improvement.Your key responsibilities will be to:<ul><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.</li><li>Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to ensure safe and efficient production processes.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime.</li><li>Record and maintain accurate production information and logs.</li></ul>Your skills and experienceTo be successful in this role, you’ll have:<ul><li>Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role or in a manufacturing environment is a preferred</li><li>Strong safety mindset and willing to speak up</li><li>Able to work autonomously and as part of a team</li></ul>
