We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.</p><p>Your mission when joining Einride as a Senior Key Account Manager will be to own your customer accounts and be overall responsible for their development and growth. The scope of the role also includes:</p><h3>You will</h3><ul><li>Develop operational solutions for dedicated accounts, to reduce cost and improve operational efficiencies, including upsell</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance of service level agreements</li><li>Communicate with customer managers and report key performance indicators</li><li>Secure budget adherence and invoice approval</li><li>Ensure price adjustments, for example annual indexations</li></ul><h3>We expect you to:</h3><ul><li>Have several years of experience in a relevant business area with hands-on experience in road transport or logistics</li><li>Have experience from customer-facing roles, preferably with profit and loss responsibility</li><li>Have a proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders</li><li>Have a demonstrated track record of delivering individual business/operational improvement initiatives</li><li>Be independent and confident in acting, prioritizing and making decisions</li><li>Be fluent in English and Dutch</li></ul><p>This is a full-time remote position based anywhere in Benelux region.
