Your evaluation will consist of taking measurements, completing shade reporting, and the overall qualification for solar panel installation.</span></div><br><br><h3>Job Duties:</h3><ul><li>Documenting electrical set-up and capabilities and any existing structure or facility variances.</li><li>Survey residential home projects with a drone, taking photos at various heights and angles.</li><li>Attending project, weekly operational, and safety meetings.</li><li>Effective, accurate &amp; timely communications with Service and Install Dept.</li><li>Daily reporting, Computer Skills, Emails, Uploads, and SWF reporting.</li><li>Assist other departments as directed.</li></ul><h3>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competency: </h3><ul><li>Possess strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills required.</li><li>Must be highly organized and process-oriented.</li></ul><h3>Education and Experience Required:</h3><ul><li>Part 107 FAA certification.</li><li>At least 1 year of experience in construction, solar or PV strongly preferred.</li><li>OSHA 10 required.</li><li>Valid Apprentice Electrician license required.</li><li>Must have a valid state driver’s license.</li><li>Must be willing to travel/commute to various job sites at least 40%, including some weekends, are requested. </li><li>Prior experience and knowledge of residential electrical projects. </li><li>Must be able to navigate residential roofing systems including multi-story structures.</li></ul><h3>Physical and Environmental Requirements: </h3><ul><li>Ability to withstand heights, be on roofs and climb ladders. </li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs. </li><li>Ability to bend, stretch, squat, and lift. </li><li>Ability to work in 100+ degree weather.</li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:16px;">We understand you may be a great candidate without fitting all our preferred experience, knowledge, skills, and attributes.
