As a Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance, and optimizing our contractual relationships.</p><ul><li>Develop, negotiate, and manage complex contracts throughout their lifecycle</li><li>Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and relevant laws and regulations</li><li>Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners</li><li>Analyze and mitigate contractual risks to protect the company's interests</li><li>Oversee the preparation and review of contract documentation</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address contractual issues and resolve disputes</li><li>Monitor contract performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)</li><li>Implement and maintain contract management systems and processes</li><li>Provide expert advice on contractual matters to senior management and stakeholders</li><li>Stay updated on local and international contract laws and best practices</li></ul>
