<ul><li>Oversee all aspects of civil construction activities, including structural, architectural, and finishing works for large infrastructure buildings. </li><li>Ensure that construction works are executed as per approved designs, specifications, and project schedules. </li><li>Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards. </li><li>Monitor daily site activities and resolve technical or operational issues during construction.</li><li>Review and interpret civil designs, drawings, and specifications for large infrastructure buildings. </li><li>Ensure proper integration of civil works with other disciplines, such as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. </li><li>Provide technical guidance on construction methodologies and material selection.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards, such as NBC, IS codes, and other relevant guidelines. </li><li>Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and quality standards. </li><li>Implement sustainable practices in construction to meet green building requirements.</li><li>Monitor construction quality and ensure that all works meet project specifications and standards. </li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and rectify any deviations. </li><li>Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including test reports and compliance checklists.</li><li>Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, test reports, and as-built drawings. </li></ul><p> </p>
