A wholly owned subsidiary of Cypress Creek Renewables, Cypress Creek Solutions conducts O&amp;M for over 4GW of solar and storage assets across more than 500 sites with a presence in 24 states for third-party asset owners and the Cypress Creek Renewables fleet.The RoleCCR is seeking a highly motivated candidate to perform required preventative maintenance activities on solar PV systems. The Array Service Technician will also respond to corrective maintenance cases to troubleshoot, test, and repair PV systems.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conducting on-site routine maintenance, service, trouble shooting and repair of solar photovoltaic facilities</li><li>DC and AC testing included but not limited to polarity, open circuit voltage, grounding continuity, communication, insulation resistance testing, I-V curve tracing</li><li>Maintaining the vehicle, tools, meters and truck stock</li><li>Creating service reports and maintaining spare parts inventory</li><li>Identify safety hazards and take appropriate action to remove or eliminate hazards</li><li>Create operability and major issue/downtime reports</li></ul>Preferred Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:<ul><li>Diagnostic capabilities to troubleshoot and correct problems found</li><li>Ability to read and understand electrical single-line and three-line diagrams</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office suite</li><li>Ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal oversight</li><li>Valid Driver’s License</li><li>OSHA 10 HR Training</li><li>NFPA 70E Standard for Electrical Safety in workplace</li><li>Must have the ability to travel, work on-call during off-shift hours and weekends</li></ul>Physical Requirements/Work Environment:<ul><li>Work is to be performed in the field and in the office.</li><li>Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures. PPE personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; hard hat, arc flash protection, safety glasses, hearing protection)</li><li>Must have the ability to sit, stoop, kneel, bend, stand, or walk for 8-10 hours a day.</li><li>Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis</li><li>Up to 80% overnight travel. </li></ul>We provide a stable and professional work environment.
