This role will support Lucid with achieving its sales and delivery targets. The successful candidate will work closely with Leadership, Production, Order- and Delivery Operations, Remarketing, IT, Fleet Management and Service Operations and Logistics, amongst others and will always ensure that the best customer experience is maintained, and sales &amp; delivery targets are achieved, whilst meeting business needs.</p><p>Data is key when it comes to analyzing performance, identifying opportunity and prioritizing business projects. In this role you’re expected to take ownership and drive improvements from design to implementation.<br><br>This role requires an experienced and analytical operations expert that can thrive in a start-up environment but can quickly help scale and optimize a mature Sales Operations function. They should feel comfortable working in a high paced and ambiguous environment, while using data and business intelligence.
