A successful candidate will have a strong customer service approach, good attention to detail, be proactive, and be a good team player.Primary Responsibilities and Competencies:<ul><li>Assisting leadership with enhancing the candidate, new hire, employee, and manager experience in alignment with Anew's mission, vision, and values.</li><li>Helping to ensure the accuracy and relevance of employee policies, actively seeking opportunities for policy and procedure enhancements.</li><li>Assist with the onboarding process.</li><li>Help to maintain employee data integrity within Bambo HR.</li><li>Help maintain employee records and provide administrative documentation support within a Sharedrive environment.</li><li>Fulfill other assigned tasks as needed.</li></ul>Required Education, Experience and Certification:<ul><li>Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field</li><li>Understanding of basic people and culture responsibilities</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Attention to details</li><li>Strong relationship management skills</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Self-motivated</li><li>Ability to work in a collaborative and team environment</li></ul><div>Equal EmploymentAnew is committed to providing equal employment opportunities.
