In the case of remote work, physical presence in the office may be required to engage in face-to-face collaboration among teammates.What you’ll do:  <ul><li>Manage technical integrations that span across a variety of solutions/approaches (including but not limited to Workday Studio, RaaS, EIBs, Workday Web Services, custom reports, Workday &amp;/or partner-delivered solutions, XSLT, &amp; XpathCollaborate with Team Lead, business stakeholder, and 3rd parties to develop technical solutions that support business processes.</li><li>Engages with 3rd party vendors to Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration as well as trouble shoot &amp; resolve current integrations issues.</li><li>Perform analysis and effective diagnosis of issues and manage day-to-day support activities.</li><li>Writes technical specifications, test scripts and mapping / process documents as it relates to integrations.</li><li>Recommend Standard / Agile methodologies to ensure optimal uses of Workday based on knowledge of Air Products processes and technology.</li><li>Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary and discussing with respective Team Lead.</li><li>Develops complex reporting and dashboards to support business needs.</li><li>Support on Upgrades, Change Requests, Release Management, Project related activities.</li></ul>What we’re looking for:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources or Business-related field</li><li>1-3 years’ experience integrating Workday.
