Job Title: Supervisor – Dispatcher &amp; ECCLocation: Vestal, NY (Binghamton ECC)Work type: Office (on-site)The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, ranging from $114,332 to $142,916.Job Summary Directs and supervises employees responsible for operating and/or providing technical support for the operations of the Company's electric and/or customer service activities which may include the dispatch of field operations crews in response to customer trouble and emergency calls.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide technical guidance and expertise to employees engaged in the operation of the electric system. Develop and oversee general operating practices that promote the safe, reliable operation of the electric and/or gas systems, while providing high quality customer service to electric &amp; gas customers.</li><li>Direct, plan, schedule, review and appraise the work of subordinates; schedule shifts; and interview employees. Maintain qualification to fill in for operators as required in an emergency.</li><li>Provide direction and assistance to operations staff during electric system emergencies. Prepare reports on system disturbances for management and regulatory agencies.</li><li>Determines operational practices, procedures and methods and resolve problems as required.
