A postgraduate degree in Compliance, Ethics, or Risk Management is a plus. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in compliance roles, with solid exposure to U.S. regulatory frameworks, ideally in the infrastructure sectors. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proven experience in designing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs, including areas such as anti-corruption, antitrust, and trade compliance. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state regulatory landscapes. Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional environments is a plus. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience working in or with multinational organizations and cross-border teams. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
