This role involves hands-on harness assembly, subsystem builds, and electronic testing, all executed to the highest standards of quality and </span><a href="http://precision.The" style="font-size:16px;">precision.The</a><span style="font-size:16px;"> Senior Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the successful build, validation, and production readiness of Pyka’s electromechanical subsystems. This role bridges hands-on assembly work, quality assurance, and close collaboration with engineering teams to transition hardware from prototype to scalable production.</span></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Perform and establish incoming quality checks on production material</li><li>Work with design engineers on first articles and help move subassembly to production</li><li>Assemble electrical/mechanical subsystems following work instructions</li><li>Perform quality checks on assemblies as they go through the production process</li><li>Subassembly inventory tracking and procurement</li><li>Build wire harnesses and test setups based on understandings of Pyka’s systems</li><li>Write and update work instructions in our MES</li><li>Help to solve bugs and quality issues during assembly</li><li>Maintain the production space and keep equipment operational and orderly</li><li>Be comfortable and safe working with batteries, high voltage, and spinning motors</li></ul><h3>Required  Qualifications</h3><ul><li>4-10+ years of experience with electrical/mechanical assemblies and building wiring harnesses based on schematics and work instructions</li><li>Experience with MES, PLM, and ERP</li><li>Experience writing and modifying work instructions</li><li>High voltage safety knowledge and comfortable working on 120 VDC, 20 ~ 30 kW systems.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal, to carefully assemble electronic subsystems containing a variety of electrical and mechanical components</li><li>Experience inspecting and ensuring quality of electrical subsystems</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
