Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Support sales and service teams by preparing quotations, costing, price lists</li><li>Coordinate sales and after-sales activities, including spare part orders, field service orders, and ensuring accurate and timely order execution in alignment with after-sales requirements.</li><li>Perform customer follow-up via email and phone calls to ensure order status clarity, delivery tracking, and resolution of service or sales-related inquiries.</li><li>Serve as a Key User for CRM, supporting system improvements and troubleshooting</li><li>Maintain and update customer and installed base databases using CRM, ensuring accurate data entry, and tracking of service activities.</li><li>Liaise with internal teams (technical, logistics) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of orders, service activities, and customer requirements.</li><li>Assist in handling customer complaints, claims, and technical assistance requests by coordinating with relevant internal functions for corrective actions.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or relevant technical field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support, service coordination, customer service, or similar roles in industrial equipment or machinery industries.</li><li>Experience with SAP and CRM platforms is Mandatory.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, internal teams, and regional stakeholders (email, phone, written).</li><li>Proficient in reading technical information such as basic diagrams, equipment specifications, service orders, or P&amp;ID (advantageous but not mandatory).</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and respond to customer requirements in a timely manner.</li><li>Experience with installed-base management, spare parts ordering, or after-sales service processes is an added advantage.</li><li>Background in machinery, food processing equipment, or technical service coordination is beneficial.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
