About the roleReporting into the Corporate Controller, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle in compliance with Brazilian accounting standards and tax regulations. This role requires strong technical expertise in BR GAAP (CPCs), a deep understanding of fiscal obligations, and experience with ERP systems and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all accounting operations, supporting both local and global management reporting.  What you'll doTax Compliance &amp; Reporting <ul style=""><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Prepare and review IRPK, CSLL, PIS/COFINS, ICMS, and ISS filings.  </li></ul><ul style=""><li style="font-size:12pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Monitor and implement changes from the Brazilian tax reform (IBS, CBS, IS).  </li></ul><ul style=""><li style="font-size:12pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Responsible for partnering with our 3rd Party Accountants who are responsible for all Brazil Tax Compliance and Reporting to ensure alignment with the broader business. </li></ul><ul style=""><li style="font-size:12pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements, including SPED and eSocial submissions. </li></ul>Accounting &amp; Financial Reporting <ul style=""><li style="font-size:12pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations. </li></ul><ul style=""><li style="font-size:12pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Manage fixed assets, accruals, and payroll accounting. </li></ul><ul style=""><li style="font-size:12pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Responsible for the Procure to Pay process. </li></ul><ul style=""><li style="font-size:12pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Responsible for Accounts Receivable Process from Order to Cash.  </li></ul><ul style=""><li style="font-size:12pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Lead month-end and year-end close processes for Brazil, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. </li></ul><ul style=""><li style="font-size:12pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Act as the bridge between local Brazilian Accounting and US GAAP Accounting for our ERP. </li></ul><ul style=""><li style="font-size:12pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;">Support internal and external audits with complete documentation as needed. </li></ul>Currency &amp;
